Water Bill
You will receive a bill every two months. Billed amounts are based on meter readings for water used during the previous two months. Bills are due upon receipt and must be paid within 21 days from the date of the bill. The water may be turned off for nonpayment upon reasonable notice. Additional fees are charged for delinquent accounts. There will also be additional fees if service is shut off for non-payment or if a check is returned. Payment Options
- Mail in a check or money order using the return envelope to VOMWD, P.O. Box 280, El Verano, CA 95433.
- In person at our office – We are open weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm with a one hour lunch break from 12:00-1:00 pm. Our address is 19039 Bay Street, El Verano. We accept cash, checks and money orders.
- Online - Enrollment is easy. Simply click on the ‘New Account Registration' link and follow the steps to register. After the Customer is registered under the program, VOMWD will deduct funds from a customer's checking account or credit card directly to pay their VOMWD water bill. Customers will receive water bills (either through mail or online) which includes the amount due and the date the payment will be deducted. If you change banks/credit cards or if you change the type of account or account number to be debited, the new information can be updated by simply completing a few steps online.
