Can I pay my bill online?
Yes, you can!  Enrollment is easy. Simply click on the ‘New Account Registration' link and follow the steps to register.  After the Customer is registered under the program, VOMWD will deduct funds from a customer's checking account or credit card directly to pay their VOMWD water bill.  Customers will receive water bills (either through mail or online) which includes the amount due and the date the payment will be deducted. If you change banks/credit cards or if you change the type of account or account number to be debited, the new information can be updated by simply completing a few steps online.

What is the Service Charge?
The District charges a fixed service charge based on the size of the water meter.  The purpose of this fee is to recover the fixed costs of your water service that the District would incur even if we did not sell you any water during the billing period.  Examples of such costs are the costs for customer service, including reading and maintaining your meter, and a portion of the costs for maintaining your water system.  Our current service charge remains one of the lowest in the area.

When will I get my deposit back?
All applicants for water service are required to pay a $30 deposit, when the application is made.  Completion of twelve (12) months of billing history with no delinquent payments will result in the deposit amount being automatically credited to the customer’s account.  Upon termination of service, remaining deposit amount, if any, will be either credited toward the payment of the final bill or paid back to the customer.
